DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. UK mainland orders received by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on a day of your choice, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Island and other rural areas will be within 5 working days of your selected named day.
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.
Flooring First UK does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:
a) exercise your right of cancellation
b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden' at the address.
We're sorry flooringfirst.co.uk only delivers orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).
DELIVERY OPTIONS
UK delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)
FlooringFirst does not overcharge for deliveries and our rates do not differ from the shipping rates as established by RoyalMail. Your specific rate would depend on the total weight of goods to be delivered as well as the relative distance from our London (NW2) warehouse facilities, with delivery rates starting from £20 for goods to be shipped to Greater London locations.
You have the following options:
- Standard Delivery - 2 to 5 working days, Mainland UK only
- Names day delivery - Delivery on a day of your choice, excluding weekends and public holidays. Mainland UK only. Named dates subject to availability
- Next day delivery - Delivery the following working day. Orders must be placed by 12 noon.
- Saturday AM delivery - Delivery on Saturdays by 12 noon, orders must be placed by 12 noon on a “working Friday” to guarantee Saturday AM delivery. If the order is placed after 12 noon, it will be delivered the following Saturday.
