Wood floor cleaning and polishing is a floor maintenance service that will:
restore the appealing look to your floor;
bring back sheen to floor surfaces if they are worn off and dull;
Only lacquered floors take polishing, since oiled and waxed surfaces require regular re-oiling or re-waxing.
Please note, floor polishing is unavailable to unsealed floors or surfaces with their lacquer heavily worn off. If there are heavily worn out spots on you floor, usually along foot-traffic lanes, the floors will have to be resanded. In areas such as kitchens, where liquids may often be spilled on unsealed floors, sanding should be carried out at your earliest convenience to avoid irreparable damage.
